Reshevsky Beats 6 of 10 Foes
Samuel Reshevsky, the nation's top-ranking chess master, last night played against ten leading players from the Manhattan Chess Club. He won six and lost four matches at the club's center in the Hotel Woodrow. The time limit was ten seconds a move. Victorious over Reshevsky were Irving Heitner, Carl Burger, Bobby Fischer and Arthur Feuerstein.
